EXCHANGES

If your NEO-PREEN bag does not look as expected we will offer an immediate exchange for you. Upon deciding that you would like to exchange the item, please email info@neo-preen.com and let us know your order number and the product that you wish to exchange it for. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging.

NEO-PREEN does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international exchanges, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. 

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number of your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. The return address for exchanges is:

REFUNDS

NEO-PREEN does not usually offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the product is faulty, please email info@neo-preen.com with your order number and details of the faulty item and we will contact you to arrange to process your return.
